The Forms Share Lets You Browse, Use Other Customers' Forms and Share Your Own

Using Forms Share

Forms Share is a repository of forms that Brick River users can share with each other — both to users within your system and to users outside your organization. Once you have created a form in the reg system and you want to share it with others, you can add it to Forms Share. 


Adding a Form to the Forms Share

  1. On the top menu, click Reg->Forms. The list of all the forms is displayed.
  2. In the Actions column next to a form, click Add to Forms Share. This will add the form to the repository.

Browse the Forms Share

On the main menu, click Reg->Forms Share. The list of all the shared forms is displayed.

  • Click Preview to preview the form on your site.
  • Click Give Me a Copy to add a copy of this form to your reg system and edit it, if necessary, to suit your needs.
